What Are Factions Servers?

Factions servers are about claiming land, recruiting allies, and raiding rivals. Power, claims, and war seasons turn Minecraft into a territory game with politics as much as PvP.

Classic factions (FactionsUUID and similar) differ from claim-and-farm SMPs. Check raid windows, TNT rules, spawners, and whether the map is flat, overworld, or custom. Season length matters: some wipe monthly; others run for years.
