By using our sites you accept these terms
By using our sites, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. Best Private Game Servers is an independent private-server and community listing directory. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, or the publishers of any games listed on our sites.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our sites.

We may make changes to these terms
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our sites, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
We may make changes to our sites
We may update and change our sites from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs, and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
We may suspend or withdraw our sites
Browsing our sites is made available free of charge. Optional paid features (such as advertising credits) may be offered separately.
We do not guarantee that our sites, or any content on them, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our sites for business and operational reasons.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our sites through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
You must keep your account details safe
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly contact us.
How you may use material on our sites
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our sites, and in the material published on them (excluding user-uploaded listing content). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our sites for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
You must not use any part of the content on our sites for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
Do not rely on information on our sites
The content on our sites is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our sites, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our sites is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Server status, player counts, channel trees, and similar live data are best-effort snapshots and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
We are not responsible for websites we link to
Where our sites contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (including websites, Discord invites, store pages, and connect addresses for listed servers), these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
User-generated content is not approved by us
Our sites may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the sites, including server names, descriptions, banners, welcome messages, tags, and videos. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our sites do not represent our views or values.
If you wish to complain about information and materials uploaded by other users, please contact us.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our sites; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our sites.
In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
How we may use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Voting
You may only vote for a particular server once every 24 hours. Voting must be carried out in person on our sites by entering the required details and completing any verification steps we present. Voting through the use of automated voting scripts, bots, or programs is strictly prohibited.
The trading or sale of votes between different servers is strictly forbidden. Players may only be encouraged to vote for the listing of the server they are playing on or that sent them. Encouraging votes from one server to the listing of another server, even if it is owned by the same individual, company, or group of companies, is strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to remove or reset votes if we have reason to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred.
Server content
You are only permitted to add a server to our sites if you are the owner of the server or if you have been given permission by the owner. You may only create one listing for the same server; multiple listings will be removed.
Once a server has been added you agree that our sites can make regular attempts to gather and store data from your server (players online, version, MOTD, channel structure where available, etc.) and display this on our sites. As a server owner you agree not to upload any pornographic, illegal, racist, or hateful content as part of the server details (banner, name, description, icons, videos, etc.).
Banners
Rapidly flashing server banners are forbidden and may result in the banner being removed. Banners must not confuse users into thinking they are part of the site structure, for example by using our assets or imitating site characteristics. Advertisement banners must also adhere to these rules. Decisions on banners and any action taken are entirely at the discretion of our staff.
Tags
The tags you select for your server must be accurate and reflect the actual gamemodes, community style, or features offered by your server. We may occasionally review servers and remove any tags that do not match.
Removal of servers
We reserve the right to remove any server at any time with or without prior notice. A server may be removed for a number of reasons including, but not limited to:
- inappropriate server details (banner, name, description, etc.)
- abuse of the voting system
- prolonged offline status or misleading listing information
- breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
In addition, we reserve the right to modify or remove individual server details (banner, name, description, etc.) without prior notice when they are deemed inappropriate but not to the extent that warrants a complete removal of the server.
Sponsored listings and advertisements
Premium listings, top ads, sticky ads, video promos, and similar paid placements may be purchased with site credits. Paid placements are non-refundable unless required by applicable law, and are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of uptime, ranking position permanence, or a specific amount of traffic.
We display banner and other advertisements in various sections of our sites. This content is third-party and not endorsed by us in any way. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Uploading content to our sites
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our sites, or to make contact with other users on our sites, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy below.
You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
Any content you upload to our sites will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of our sites a licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties, as described below.
Rights you are giving us to use material you upload
When you upload or post content to our sites, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with operating and promoting the sites.
We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not guarantee that our sites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes, and platform to access our sites. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our sites by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our sites, the server on which our sites are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our sites.
Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and we both agree that the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
Acceptable use policy
This acceptable use policy sets out the content standards that apply when you upload content to, make contact with other users on, link to, or interact with Best Private Game Servers.
Prohibited uses
You may use our sites only for lawful purposes. You may not use our sites:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam).
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs.
Content standards
These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our sites. Contributions must:
- Be accurate (where they state facts).
- Be genuinely held (where they state opinions).
- Comply with applicable law.
Contributions must not:
- Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
- Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any copyright, database right, or trade mark of any other person.
- Be likely to deceive any person or be used to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
Breach of this policy
When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including withdrawal of your content, temporary or permanent suspension of your account, legal proceedings, or disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
